Douglas Sellers / Futurebrand
Doug hides nothing.
He comes at every project with one direct and refreshingly honest goal: to help brands of all kinds make big, bold statements. He describes his design process quite simply: find the essence of a brand and express it in the freshest, most dynamic way. You can see this design mentality in many of the landmark projects he’s masterminded over the last twenty years—from GE to Bloomberg, CooperVision to Aetna, and USAA to Cadillac.
Doug’s design experience spans industries and agencies, including tenures at Siegel+Gale, Wolff Olins, Landor, and Meta Design. During that time, he had the privilege to work with Carter’s, FedEx, HP, Pathé, Unicef and the Y, as well as many other global brands.
Doug earned his chops at the International Masters Program for Graphic Design at the Basel School of Design in Switzerland. He also holds a BFA from the School of Architecture, Design & Planning at the University of Kansas.
Outside of the office, he’s an avid father, drummer and cyclist.
